What is your return policy on protective gear?
For hygiene reasons, items such as mouthguards, groin guards, and compression shorts cannot be returned once opened. Other items like gloves and kimonos can be returned within 30 days if they are in original, unused condition with tags attached.
How long does shipping take within the country?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping options that deliver within 1-2 business days for orders placed before 2 PM.

How should I clean my BJJ Gi to prevent shrinking?
We recommend washing your Gi in cold water and hanging it to dry. Avoid using a tumble dryer, as high heat can cause the cotton fibers to shrink and may damage the collar's structural integrity.
